      Pros

      It's a great company to be part of because everyone is very friendly and helpful. New hires feel very welcome, leaders are very down to earth. The atmosphere is very casual but work is always done professionally.

      Cons

      Occasional late night or early morning calls.

      Pros

      You can become an experienced CRA within a year or two and get acknowledged with international standards of clinical trials. Intense travelling is good for those, who like to be occupied. If you're lucky, you may come across professional managers and learn a lot from them. If professional growth is a priority for you, it is a good place to go.

      Cons

      Managing work-life balance is challenging, especially for non-workaholic people. You can easily get a phone call from your manager outside of working hours or days. It is expected that even on vacation, on holidays, on sick leave and of course on business trip you're available. It is quite useful to have connections with the right people, if you want to receive a promotion. Your relations mean more than professional skills. Also, participation in amateur performances is very much appreciated.

      Kind and knowledgeable manager, room for improvement (but it takes time!)

      Cons

      - Allow people to work from home if that is what they wish and where they work best (the current situation clearly showed that your employees are still productive while working from home); - Why would you think that working in an open office is better for some (i.e. having colleagues who never shut up; finding the right temperature so that everyone feels comfortable)? - Wasting time on commute to get to an office that is not ideally located.
