      I like working in a company because it gives me the opportunity to develop, express my opinion freely, and also definitely feel that you are directly involved in activities that provide people with a chance to be healthy.

      Pros

      PSI is one of the first globally companies that doesn't feel like a globally company. It is truly a seamless and employee oriented company. In addition to being highly skilled in service and delivery of our studies we look to form those long term partnerships.

      Pros

      - good work culture and work/life balance - PSI cares about employees, - compesation and benefits are fair - possibility to work at home - friendly atmosphere in the office

      Cons

      - communication gap between Europe, USA and Russia - no team building for DC department (all other departments have such meetings) - I can't see any futher possibility for promotion in DC department
