      Great Culture, Nice Place to Work

      Pros

      -Great work culture and work/life balance -Coworkers and upper management are very friendly and collaborative -PSI obviously cares about employees -Flexibility -New office location is nice (even though a little unfinished)

      Cons

      -Compensation is good, but benefits could be better -Some (but not all) leadership is very resistant to change, and reluctant to implement new processes when it makes sense to do so -Can be clashes between Eastern Europe/US based factions of departments

      Pros

      You can gain valuable experience and grow within the company. I like our CTMS (comparing to third parties I worked in). There is an option of working from home.

      Cons

      While local Line Managers do care about the staff, the higher-level managers sometimes do not value their workers. It was sad to see colleagues leaving the company being respected by both the study team and Sponsors but not own management. That was my own impression.
