A good place to work to a certain position

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, people connected and work in teams. Friendly environment globally.

Cons

Local office has non-flexible working schedule which presents a burden keeping in mind nature of clinical trials work and overall pressure. Career development is impressive until the position of CTL. CTL position does not exist, their responsibilities overlap with LCRA's. PMs are micromanaging and do not allow any kind of independence. Not only that they are involved in management of the study but also in the clinical portion which should be responsibility of the clinical trial lead.
