PSI is a real proof that ''it is all about the people''. People create company. People create corporate culture and leaders that make the right decisions for the team, loyal employees, reliable colleagues and friends. PSI is place that makes me feel like home.

It is a well-paying company with comfortable work environment. They try to be on the cutting edge of the technology with their IT system too, but system stabilization is neglected.

Cons

Hiring and firing & project planning are driven based on ad-hoc and emotional decision of different people. Ownership and accountability is not clear and often breached.
