      Pros

      Quality driven, not metrics driven. Growth is truly organic and company goals are realistic. Expenses are easy to do, doing expenses at my my previous CRO was a nightmare. Employees input is valued and so are the employees.

      It's an international company with typical international obstacles.

      Descent salary and benefits, average workload.

      Cons

      No line management whatsoever! Intrigues and fights all over the place! People may seem nice, but don’t count on most of them. A lot of people need to work on soft skills. Technologically the company is way behind other CROs - almost no system integration, a lot of stuff is still being done on paper or more than once due to lack of systems compatibility and integration, CTMS needs be updated badly! Why the company keeps working with non-compliant sites it is beyond me!
