I have worked at PSI for 1 year, within this time I have been promoted to an amazing position. I cannot fault them, their training and committment to staff is second to none.

Cons

None.... Only wish I joined them years ago.

It’s a stable job with pay.

Cons

Way too much politics No clear direction from middle management Co-workers can sometimes be rude and it was very difficult to get answers to simple problems/questions Company started in Eastern Europe and doesn’t operate like most CROs in the US. Work schedules aren’t flexible Management must know where you are at ALL times
