Friendly, collaborative environment where you're valued and your opinions are heard. Fast paced and a lot of opportunities for anyone who chooses to work hard and seek out additional responsibilities

Pros

Good experienced CRA team. There's a friendly work environment where project teams work closely together for the objectives of the study.

Cons

The company has moved away from the small family culture and is moving toward employees being just a body doing a job. There is a lot of Eastern European (EE) influence mainly from Russia and they have a very stern cut throat culture. Many of the EE management staff will disrespect their subordinate staff during meetings. Management team does not go to bat for/support their team.
