- The software and implementation in the cloud are not the best. During my time at PTC we were not utilizing the resiliency that comes with the cloud. With that said, PTC's cloud based software fails pathetically for what customers are paying for and they pay ALOT.
- Too much silos between teams, it's difficult for my team to be agile and respond to new process because another team doesn't want to cooperate or totally blow off a meeting.
- Paid way below market average, I assumed our salaries were going to get adjusted because we were now operating in Boston's Seaport district (very expensive area), but that never happened. Just to illustrate how under paid I was, the new company I work for is paying me 65% more than what I was making at PTC for the same responsibilities.
- Terrible stock offering, for a company that prides itself for "rewarding" it's employees, we never truly benefitted from it. There were so much restrictions on the free stocks (ie. Stay with the company for X amount of years and receive 4 shares)
