Annual firing cycles, based on head count not performance. No scope to learn new technologies.

Smart people at the top.

Cons

Promotions happen but don't count on them especially if you are technical. They rarely move technical people from one division to another. If your division gets relegated to the Performance or Productivity zone you may as well get your resume ready because you will eventually be cut.

1. Salary is decent. But to my opinion, money is not everything always

Cons

1. No Work life balance 2. Repeated weekend work 3. No Work from home 4. No scope to move to day shift. Manager says leave company instead 5. No leaves on notional holidays even 6. Managers have no future plan for their own employees
