- Code quality sucks - No measures or check to ensure product quality except for manual testing - Shipping fast is the only guiding principle for management - Test coverage is not good across products - Not agile at all, just by using JIRA you can't be agile - No dedicated architects for the products, causing big architectural troubles later on - The criterion for hiring talent is not good, any dumb developer who can read syntax or had a good college or previous company name can clear the interviews

The company is a joke on work-life balance. Although, company has a WFH policy, still managers lay their own policies and don't give employees their entitled WFH. The ladies washrooms are cleaned by men staff that knocks every hour. It is like openly being harassed by men while in a loo. The HR is a joke. They lick their fingers to turn pages. Have no manners. During exit interviews with employees, everybody keeps coming to disturb. The Pune office is a sham in the name of such renowned company. Managers own their employees' life. Even if you leave office at 6 pm they would whatsapp you every hour to remind you about work. For some team, working 9 hours is the norm. The in- and out-times are being tracked, although HR mentioned there's no such thing. Some managers have made this workplace as a school and themselves as principals. It was so torturous to work there. I wish I never have to work there again. The existing employees are brainwashed that this is the best they can get. They are ok working 12-14 hours. If you get a chance to work in this company, run away!!!!
