Located in Seaport, its a nice place to work. Cross functional with lots of social networking events.

Cons

There is no vision for Data. The current architecture lacks data management, ownership, engineering, etc. Management doesn't care either. They are not data savvy. Compensation is low. No dynamism in the Management. People get let go for no reason and bad decision Feels like working for a government owned enterprise.
