      Pros

      Above average salary, good work life balance Some good products but you will hardly get work

      Cons

      1) Old technology stack, follows processes, less growth opportunities 2) politics on the floor and if you are not one of them you will feel the heat 3) Join only if you do not have any good opportunities, you will end up doing a job which will eventually kill your technical knowledge and after some years you will be left technically starved, no one needs good technical people here 4) Number of years count, not your capabilities. 5) There are plenty of good opportunities out there, consider this as last option

      I worked there for over 2 years and what I liked about it was the people.

      Cons

      PTC isn't what it used to be. They seemed to start caring less and less about their employees and maintaining their collaborative and inclusive environment and more about their bottom line.
