      Pros

      Smart, motivated employees. Many long timers stay there because they love what they work on. New acquisitions keep work interesting. Allowed flex time and WFH options, but I hear home offices are not longer encouraged. PTO is generous. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Regular lay offs over the last few years. Less people to do more work,and looming layoffs are tough on morale. Pay is below average.

      Pros

      Smart employees, flexible hours and PTO. Not a bad place if you have a strong manager to protect against the BS rolling down from the top.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless and fickle. A mid-sized company that long aspired to be a large company (and at least achieved the ridiculous layers of bureaucracy thereof) now want to re-invent itself as a hot new start-up. No idea or patience on how to achieve reform except to lay people off at random.

      Constant state of chaos, high turnover, nepotism, no real opportunities for advancement if you're not a white male
