      Pros

      Great people, great products, good opportunity to advance. You can learn a lot if you get in with the right group.

      Cons

      The executives are slaves to the quarterly results. They lay people off at the slightest hint of a miss. The longer you are there, the bigger the target on your back becomes.

      Pros

      Training is always encouraged. Travel. Good feedback process, like most consulting companies.

      Cons

      - Pay not in line with industry standard - Management (especially middle managers) have no sense of direction, and often leads to employees getting confused. - Poor communication between management.

      Pros

      Interesting portfolio of software. When I joined, there were multiple options for career progression. Some positions allow you to work from home.

      Cons

      PTC stands for Prepare To Change. This most often comes in the form of yearly layoffs, which destroy morale of those leftover. In recent years, promotion paths have dried up, and training no longer exists like when I joined the company.
