Cons
- Pretty ruthless when there is a slight dip in profits, which is tough to stomach when you see upper mgmt getting millions in stock options whilst others are clearing out their desks - Career advancement depends on your location - Lots of the "fun" HR initiatives only really occur at the main offices - Stock bonuses are usually drip fed you over a many years, and don't start immediately, eg. Thanks for all your hard work, here are 30 shares!! Well actually we'll release 10 of those this time next year, and then another 10 the year after, and btw - if we make you redundant through no fault yours in the meantime, you won't get jack!
