      Huge transition, things need to be figured out.

      Pros

      work from home flexibility - might no longer be true: they just laid off tons of WFH people recently vacation - 4 weeks once you join, additional 5 days after every years, 6 weeks maximum

      Cons

      constant layoffs - understandable, but this should happen in the management instead of development people generally have cold shoulders - you hardly get any smile from a stranger in the company, even when you try to smile at them at first. almost no team building stuff

      Pros

      Extremely interesting customers. In general, employees are smart and hard working.

      Cons

      Not enough decision making delegated to the people working most closely with customers. Too much churn and anxiety related to continuous layoffs and satisfying Wall Street. Too much politics at the highest levels of the organization. Lots of outdated technology - not moving to the cloud fast enough.

      Competitive benefits and great products.

      Cons

      The company is ever changing and hundreds of employees are laid off every year. It is always a guess to what direction what the company will do and how it will impact you as an employee regardless of your department or position.
