Cons

The shift to IOT has been a ridiculous juggling act for consultants especially new hires. The ambiguity at PTC is unparalleled to other organizations.

Easy work schedule and you can live anywhere you want. Can sometimes have long work hours in weeks but overall easy lifestyle.

Cons

Management does not invest I'm personal development of people since they have transitioned to a just in time model. Nearly impossible to progress. Major segments don't get any career ddvelopment. Isolated working environment can make it feel like a hostile work environment when reaching out to others in the company. Also they don't know how to allocate people to work. Not a place to be if you want to develop your skills. They will try to pigeon hole you once you can do something with a specific product.
