- very political, the CEO acts like Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka. When he says he wants it now, it better be done yesterday, but not much thought goes into the long term plan, he's just chasing the next shiny thing to make the business semi successful for ten minutes. - the company is run by the CEO and two old admins who should have retired five years ago, they walk around like they are the best thing since sliced bread and are extremely rude - constant lay-offs at least once a quarter - HR is awful. I was being harassed by a manager, and reported it to them and they said, "that's how this person is there is nothing we can do about it" didn't even offer to sit down with the w of us to work through our problems - no room for growth for females unless you are okay with flirting your way up - traffic is a nightmare
