Pros
I met some very smart people while working with PTC both in the US and in other countries. Opportunity to work from home in certain roles. Good benefits but expensive! PTC has a chance to switch gears and go into Internet of Things but this means that there's a lot of experimentation going on trying to work out that 'killer app' for the PTC part of the business. If you work at corporate then there's an on-site cafe and gym.
Cons
Fewer people in North America each quarter with the constant cuts to the existing teams. No raises in a long time and very difficult to move up within the company. Constant change with no communication externally that change has occurred!
