Unlimited access to educative discourses not profile specific. Encouragement to participate in extra curricular activities. Employees can organise activities to enrich the skills of colleagues. Flexible work time. Plenty of holidays. Work from home policy.

Cons

As the AC is used the way a refrigerator is used, people can freeze. HR and facilities are not active and do not care enough for an employee's comfort.
