      High stress, lay-offs every year. Many years with no raises. People get yelled at and berated in front of others

      Flexible hours, Great Co-workers, Great amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Raises are slim to none. Unless you work in the headquarter or major offices, you are forgotten. PTC pays more attention to its financial bottom line than the success of its projects and well being of its employees.
