      Beware of the work-life balance hype (Future employees)

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation hours are not tracked...take all that you want!. Country club environment. Zero consequences for actions. If you currently work for the state or government, you will fit right in!

      Cons

      Absolutely no discipline. Complete lack of decision making delegation, hence, nothing gets done. Endless meetings to discuss the same subjects without any decisions. The company spends money like they have a printing press in the back room. Sales has not grown for years, resulting in annual WW RIFs in the 10% range. Annual voluntary turnover is 15-20%

      Pros

      - Good number of leaves and other benefits. - Work life balance possible. - Cool company for oldies.

      Cons

      - Middile management sucks, some are not qualified enough to be in that position. - Upper management nevers cares of the resources at bottom of pyramid wether they satisfied with work or not. -Layoff and no salary raise every year is very common phenomena.
