Great culture full of hardworking employees

Pros

This company has a reputation of hiring some of the best people out there. They value those who work hard and want to grow. I worked with some of the brightest people in my field and saw first hand the rewards that come with working hard both on a team and individually. I believe that my accomplishments at PTC played a large part in landing a new role. I will miss PTC and am thankful for my time there.

Cons

You have to sign a non compete, but I've found this to be typical for most companies.

Great, really bright R&D people; Vacation/sick time policy; Great experience; Gym; Flexible hours.

Cons

Permanent layoffs. What's the point in creating a good project if you have a very good chance to be laid-off upon completion it? My prediction is that Pro/Engineer is not going to be developed anymore: not enough people anymore. What will happen with revenue?
