      Great people to work with. Freedom of work Result oriented less constraint on details Compensation ok Possible for Home office

      Cons

      Strategy change every year No work-life balance Family / relationship business Number oriented. Everyone look at short term result. No long term vision Sales dominate. No eco system value. Conservative. Cannot accept new ideas. Not really listen to real customer needs Too much management. VP more than managers.

      Pros

      Convenient location for those in Metrowest. Some nice perks such as free gym, nice outdoor park. Decent salary/benefits if you know how to get into the secret bonus pool.

      Cons

      Ruthless management, incredibly process-heavy. Does not value employees of acquired companies. Incredibly robotic HR machine. Weird, labyrinthine facilities that separate people who should be working together.
