Management teams take advantage of their positions, employees are not paid well and employees know they have no value, you can be fired at any moment for any reason.

M-Thurs 6am-4:30pm schedule. Occasional mandatory overtime but lots of opportunities to volunteer for it.

Cons

HR / Safety / Management are wildly out of touch and seem to think a mandatory catered lunch while executives pat themselves on the back is a suitable alternative to properly scheduled wage increases that reflect inflation. People that have been working there for years should not be making $23 an hour.

Good colleagues. Regular luncheons. Boot allowance. Good benefits.

Cons

Slow advancement in company, even with expressing interest for a management role. They pick and choose who gets into management based on who they like. Production management can't keep up with daily tasks, constantly pushes for more assembly with no quality of work being done. No training program, which most warranty cases are things they weren't trained on.
