      Wholesome work enviroment - people want to see you strive and help you grow. The management strikes the right balance between pushing you to grow and giving you support. As a result you are not overwhelmed, neither are you bored.

      Cons

      It might be difficult to get hired for the position of your choice.

      Working at Palfinger

      Pros

      Different and interesting tasks. Flexibility with the working time.

      Cons

      Not inveting much to improove the employees. Not working in direction to build a strong releationship with the employees in direction of their future at the company. Easy turn back on experienced people(with more than 5 years in the company) to left. Payment is really low in some departmenst (compared to other companies). Bad and so modern working conditions.
