      Strong brand power but..

      Pros

      Working with Foreigner, Communication by english, can suffer the project how to built the crane and which rules are apply. Good for start the career for oil and gas industry.

      Cons

      No welfare, No salary increase, No promotion, No training, working in the amazon without standard, poor management, useless job description, very stressful working environments.

      Pros

      What I like most about working for Palfinger is that even though I am a quite young employee, I really am able to bring in my own ideas. The work atmosphere within my department is great and the compensation is also quite good.

      Cons

      In my work area the work load is quite high. The internal communication is also something that could be better.

      Pros

      The organization is very transparent in comparison with other manufacturing companies in the Midwest. As such, the newest employee on the production floor has as much insight to what is going on with the business as an accountant in corporate.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to similar organizations. That said, it is based on productivity and meeting KPIs. The organization is poised for growth pending retention of the right leadership in the right positions.
