Pros

Hard to think of anything really positive about the place, although they try to do things right it mainly to keep in line with the standards authorities. In general the people working here are nice.

Cons

Upstairs / Downstairs feel about the place - the ones who bring in the money are the one that are most poorly thought about.

Pros

Amazing brand of high end quality products. Many divisions to work in, industrial, consumer, professional, components, then there are the service divisions of marketing, accounting, credit, customer service and technical. Great benefit packages as well

Cons

Often there is a lack of organization, and direction from leadership. Busy work, but not enough productivity. More often than not, new ideas get shutdown, rather than evaluated for future improvement of processes.

Pros

Medical benefits are good as well as 401K

Cons

Poor training program, Out dated equipment at line stations, Understaffed for workload, Unnecessary paperwork, Reluctant to increase budget to make improvements, Upper management has lost touch with reality. The company struggles to operate at a fast pace to keep up with airline needs.
