      Pros

      There is tremendous learning opportunities because Panasonic does all sorts of things in many fields.

      Cons

      I've seen layoffs every year in different groups in Panasonic. There is a huge gap between R&D and marketing. It's hard to get promoted since the expats from Japan are always in position to supervise (at least the department that I was in.)

      A very united environment and a very good and comfortable environment to work in.

      Cons

      Not much cons. Except maybe the salary might be lower than market rate for entry level.
