Open door culture, advancement and competitive pay. They have a really flexible work from home schedule and really promote work/life balance throughout the company. Leadership seems so friendly and down-to-earth. Whether you're just starting your career journey or have been working for a long time - this is your company.

I've been at Panasonic for 10 years now, and truly love my job. I work with a great team, have made fantastic friendships, and I get to sell best-in-class products. I've always been treated well with regards to pay and benefits, and I feel like a respected part of the organization.

Cons

As with any large corporation, there are frustrations with certain things such as speed of decision making, red tape, and upper-management decisions that seem to be made without regard for the potential impact on our business. However, these are not major sources of frustration.
