Cons

Sometimes the environment is too fast paced, and constantly moving. Schedules can be unreasonable, and additional hours to put in are expected.

Company is top heavy; management takes care of management; support staff is not adequately rewarded or recognized for contributions despite very poorly handled layoffs over the past few years. Top management has promoted a select few who are not qualified for the appointments that come with many upper level perks and privileges. Employees are not adequately or fairly rewarded for their contributions.
