Panasonic has some good policies but if your direct manager does not abide by them what good are they.

They have a lot of good polices in place for employees. Easy to move within other departments.

Cons

Little vacation time. Understaffed. Hire agencies with poor performing staff because they don't want to spend the $ on interactive. You do get what you pay for. Co-workers and colleagues back stabbing.

Long hours... little recognition... rewards do not equal the amount of work you have to put in. Very political. Politics wins over what makes business sense.
