Pros

pay, benefits, flexible work hours and work from home depending on department, good people.

Cons

Zero growth in finance. There is such a backlog of managers there 10+ years it is almost impossible to grow. Audit is not much better for different reasons. Once your in a spot, your locked into it no matter how many good reviews you have.

Don't work there, they call themselves family, 98% vietnamize they don't like anyone else not even other asians, sabotage work.

Cons

Manager are vietnamize and they all look they other way if you have problems unless your vietnamize. Don't work there.

Great Technology, Hard to Get work Done

Pros

PAC is working on some amazing tech; regardless of what you like to do, there is work in that subject to be done. I quickly took over an entire project and handled electrical design changes and hardware testing. The hardware labs are well stocked with parts and test equipment.

Cons

There are meeting about meetings about meetings, and the information is all redundant or irrelevant. Project Managers are crazy about schedules that engineers are just making up anyway - those meetings are beyond pointless. It is hard to get work done because so many lab workers don't speak English very well. I rarely knew where to go or who to talk with to get some part or tool that I needed.
