      There are multiple cons let me make you aware before joining this company: 1. long working hour(9hrs) and its jhajjar factory is out of city so you have to take accommodation in gurgaon and bus takes 1:30hrs, so net working hours is 12 hour. 2. They call you even in weekends and not even give you compensation instead of it they give you leave on another day for which you have to take permission from your reporting manager which makes no sense. 3. Lots of politics is there. 4. Your Learning will stop and Growth rate is slow. 5. Even after working for so long they not consider what good you have done until you do some miracle. 6. Charge for everything lunch, breakfast. And break time is of 15 min for breakfast and 30 min for lunch
