Stable company Flexible hours Health benefits are ok. Gives 1 month insurance premium credit if overall expense is less/year.

Cons

Missing career development. Compensation/promotion does not keep pace with employee growth/achievements/skills. Many people try to backstab Management missing true vision/leader after Mr. Margis left. Rigid processes Many managers/directors trying to backstab each other. New management brought semi new people in charge of older/seniors.

Pros

Very capable company with a unique set of products and services in a lovely niche industry with ties to big brand.

Cons

After loosing its charismatic CEO, followed by a revolving door of executives the company isn't what it once was. Lost some of its edge but is trying to find a new identity. I'm not exposed to the current dynamics but someone interested working here should ask questions about vision, leadership and culture.
