Decent pay, benefits, and unlimited overtime.

Cons

Horrible management makes the job mentally exhausting. They make every employee know that you can be easily replaced so you don’t feel valued at all.

Pros

The company’s history and values are very impressive. The benefits and salary are similar to others companies for similar roles.

Cons

Panasonic has had 4 CEOs in the last 5 years in North America. All that means the company’s business and goals are in constant flux. I don’t think the middle managers have the resources or training needed to keep aligning with the new goals and business plans with all the change over in the CEO position.
