Panasonic Avionics Corporation provides great opportunities to work with different technologies and many engineers walk away with patents. Compensation and benefits are above average. Lots of woman in management roles for a tech company.

Cons

Last 5 years has seen a lot of leadership turnover. New leaders try to make big changes without understanding the business and then leave everyone hanging. Covid-19 was tough with workforce reductions in 2020 and the demand to deliver on time means poor work life balance.
