There were decent employee benefits and talented individual contributors. Remote work for some but limited in the scope of the role at the time.

Cons

Most senior management was driven by politics, not people, process, product, or customs success. You had to be best friends to get promoted.

Respectful culture; opportunity to work for a global, non-US HQ company offers an interesting perspective; a diverse portfolio of technologies.

Cons

Salary and compensation. Toxic leaders are very few and far between at Panasonic Corp. of North America but those that exist are allowed to linger for far too long. Women and minorities can hit a ceiling in some parts of the organization.
