      Since i work in the repair department so there is not much to learn but the treatment we get is as if we are masons!

      plenty of sick leave, yearly holidays coffe and drinks!

      Cons

      management has completely failed to acknowledge skilled labour!, a persons experience is given preference over education (although there is a bunch of extremely skilled and highly qualified Electronic Engineers working as repair technicians simply because management has failed to realise the ture potential). need to pay to play company provided pool!...i dont understand why is it even there then! interaction between staff and management is extremely poor. weird and improfessional attitude from the supervisors.

      You will get a lot of technical experience working here, which will allow you to get a better job somewhere else

      Management is unappreciative. Will work ungodly hours with no recognition, unless you are in management, which will receive all the credit.

      in the cabin clear job

      Cons

      No aircraft maintenance licence needed and nobody care about you, you will feel yourself lonely. If you ask for justice management doesnt care about you. (At middle east region)
