Everything outsourced, Constant downsizing,daily turmoil and worst of all - layoffs. Top Management aka Boys club environment from Top down to Senior Management. Combine these and its not a happy environment. It has so much potential but internally it is in very bad shape. Employees @ mid level management and below suffer a great deal mainly due to work environment. In another review someone described the work environment perfectly- Toxic work environment and constant state of turmoil. Daily Meetings after meeting producing little to no result. More process than outcome/goal based. They tout being an eco friendly LEED certified environment yet the top guys still drive around in their gas guzzling company provided Audi sedans and SUV's while everyone is forced to mass transit in or pay for 300/ month for parking.

Too many to list, but will highlight the major ones: 1. Salaries and benefits are not market competitive. 2. Slow or non-existent career progression. Ceiling already built in for certain roles. 3. Toxic culture perpetuated by Director and GM. 4. Favoritism. 5. Lots of red tape. 6. Company often complains lack of money, but will choose to spend on frivolous items. 7. Micromanagement. My advice is don't quit your job to join this company, You will regret it. If you have been unemployed for very long and are desperate, then it's up to you to take the risk to join such a lousy organisation.
