Cons

The team lead and manager is unprofessional and seeks to "get rid of staff" when project is completed or when they no longer need you (using frivolous reasons such as company restructuring).

New method of scrum seems to be working even though the progress is slow. Useless project Managers are leaving or been fired(Final days of the Dragon Lady) which will lead to proper project estimations and realistic dead lines.

Cons

Pay could be much better. Promotions are dreams only.
