There are no pros working for this company, it's an absolutely nightmare!

Cons

The pay is terrible, the promises are no kept, there is NO work life balance that they strongly promote. If you're an exempt employee, you're expected to have your laptop or work phone with you at all times, they is NO confidentiality, there is no room for advancement (again promises to promote and set you up on a path for success but never happens), it's a revolving door company for employees. No one smart stays.

Big, well-known company. Benefits are decent.

Cons

incompetent managers. Managers don't show concern for their employees. In this company you get promoted based on your relationship with management not on your skills or knowledge. Morale of the employees has been so low for years and nothing or very little has been done. Very poor training.
