Bean counters run the company. Once it was a great technology company. Now, "making the numbers" counts. Accountants rule the company.

Great people at the field level Compensation is okay Company car Without question the best product set in the industry (Toughbook/Pad)

Cons

LOTS of change over the past 6 yrs. Recent reorg reduced career opportunities for new and existing employees. Less people doing more creates a challenge for work/life balance Sales people spend 50% of their time on internal administrative tasks. Still using Excel as primary business tool. Confused sales model. Either it's channel and invest in channel or its direct and invest in systems to be direct.
