All they hire is non technical developers and QA. Management is least concerned about hiring good quality Engineers Incompetent managers who don't care about day to day activities of team No good policies

* Financially stable, the company isn't in debt * There is a good work life balance * Flexible hours allow you to deal with live events like doctors appointments or schools closing * WFH when needed * A focus on developing employees for their next role, either internally or externally * Tons of new projects keep me engaged and learning new skill * Company Udemy subscription * Quarterly reviews with manager to keep you on track * Managers care about their employees and actively solves issues as they pop up

Cons

I can't think of any thing that manager wouldn't be able to or willing to solve.
