Stability - you'll have a job for life if you want it. Autonomy - your managers leave you alone. Truly unlimited PTO - I took 44 days off last year and wasn't even close to the most time off on my team

Cons

Pay - The pay is absolutely terrible. No bonus. No stock. No nothing. Base pay is lousy.

Toxic management culture, excessive micromanagement, and good luck getting PTO approved. Leadership frequently undermined morale, and my manager had mandatory daily 8:00 a.m. meetings EVERY DAY that cut into critical selling time. There are far better organizations for sales professionals looking to grow their careers.
