The benefits were sorta decent and its a safe steady job where you don't need to keep up on any current technology.

Cons

If you want to learn how not to run a IT / software development department this could be a good place to work.

The benefits, until they took away 401k 4% match. The training...superior.

Cons

If you're not part of the "in" crowd, your career goes no where. If your LGBT be ready for an upward battle like no other. You're only as good as the month you're in.
