      Some nice people, ok benefits

      Terrible senior management team. People fired for no reason other than a manager taking a dislike to someone and marched of the premises. Terrible HR team, don’t even think about going to them for support with any kind of issues. No team spirit across the company, people work in silos. Bullying ripe in the company. Some awful personalities amongst the senior leadership team. Unless you are truly desperate, don’t take a job here. They get away with a lot because they hire mainly young and fairly inexperienced staff who are happy with a pool table and free fruit and won’t question the bullying, lack of direction, terrible management and horrible treatment of people.

      worst company i have ever been at - awful culture, secretive and poor management

      i like the offices, nice to have a pool table a lot of the staff are nice, if a little naive about how we actually make our money (gaming and adult)

      Cons

      awful work culture, management has zero idea how to manage. We just blunder on, doing high risk stuff processing and stuff and pretending we are a payments company. We should just wake up and see that all our income comes from stuff you never want to talk about with your parents or kids and waiting to see it exposed all over the media Morale is false, everyone pretending to be happy but not really! Its like Stepford wives..... everyone ignoring the reality as we hurtle towards being found out Company has no strategic leadership, except for the CEO, who is keen to try and make sure we dont all leave! Management in Europe is about as bad as it can get. We just need david Brent to make a guest appearance ....

      Employees forced to do fake reviews.

      Nothing positive to say about an unethical company.

      Cons

      Terrible company that has resorted to loading review sites with fake reviews in an attempt to attract employees. Notice very few reviews until Dec 7 and then suddenly hundreds appear, all outstanding. What a coincidence.
