Disorganized and Unethical

Pros

Most non-managerial employees are nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Paysafe is one of the most disorganized and unethical places to work. Nothing is confidential. Management discusses personal information regarding employees with other employees including health, salary, and work performance. They play favorites and everyone can tell. Look at the people walking around vs the ones that are actually working. Everything they preach to you in orientation is a lie. Work Life Balance only exists for the management staff and executive. The pay is horrible and below any other company of the same business type. The moment you ask for a raise they tell you “what have you done to deserve it”. Health insurance is ridiculously high and sucks. Merchants even hate Paysafe but the company erases any negative review on the BBB so you would never know. I would advise anyone who is thinking about working here to apply elsewhere.

Pros

The only pro is being employed.

Cons

Not a good company to work for at all. The company has mass layoffs only to bring in new employees immediately to replace them. The HR department is not helpful with resolving issues with supervisors or managers, they fire employees so they don't have to deal with the underlying issues. There is no work-life balance at the Woodlands location. Working there is like working under a microscope, with a lack of respect from executive management. The company's culture is terrible, although they try to hide it with the reviews on glassdoor. Human Resources asks all new hires to do a review on the company on their first day, to keep positive reviews online. The office is over crowded and they have department managers, temps and new employees sitting at card table scattered around the office. They try to pull the wool over your eyes with "company swag" to try and give you a positive outlook of the company. The pay is sub-par for the amount of work you have to do.

Pros

Cant think of any now as i was really upset for failed promises. It was totally different for what I was described at the interview and a day to day business. I am a software engineer with great experiences and looking to improve myself in my field as it was one of my main goal to have joined Paysafe but that wasnt the result when i arrived.

Cons

Most of the dev team have been off shored and outsourced to India already. With that results, we spend our whole day correcting codes for them. They have my full respect as they are very hard workers but i am not learning or gaining anything from this situations. I understand the cost savings for the company but this will drive your local team who is correcting codes all day, their moral down. Another thing is, there is no communication from one department to another department or from one individual from another department to another department. Maybe its me but a simple smile or Hi wouldn't hurt. Maybe its me but i notice it is just individuals who has been there for quite some time or maybe they are busy; but then again it just take a few seconds for a smile.
