      I love the fact that Paysafe is concerned with the well-being of their employee! They listen they give flexibility and have a heart which is so hard to find These days everyone only wants results but with Paysafe, I get treated as a human and show that they care about the well-being of their employee.

      I was hired as an hourly employee in a position known for excessive overtime Supervisors and above routinely cut my job duties without impacting pay Position was remote

      Cons

      Internal politics between supervisors, managers, directors, etc caused internal conflicts among employees at all levels Workloads were not balanced causing some employees to be overloaded with others assigned no tasks at all Career development and promotions were awarded based on favoritism

      Competitive salary and work environment is very friendly.

      Cons

      The company is relatively new and is still improving its' IT processes, so that sometimes bring communication gaps. On the other hand, it allows for some freedom of decision for lower management and operational level.
